VIJAY COAT manufactures Antimicrobial Powder Coating according to JIS Z 2801:2010 which protects surface from Staphylococcus Eurosis ATCC 6538, E-Coli ATCC 8739. This coating is completely environmentally friendly as it does not have any heavy metals like lead, silver.

HEAT RESISTANT/ FLAME RETARDANT POWDER COATING

VIJAY COAT has developed flame retardant products which passes UL-94 test with V-0 rating.

LOW BAKE/FAST CUURE POWDER COATING

As carbon emission is increasing day by day it’s necessary to develop more greener products. Powder Coating is one of the greener products in the coating industry but one of the drawbacks is it requires high temperature for curing. VIJAY COAT has come up with a new & innovative solution of Low bake/Fast Cure Powder Coating.

For Low bake Products it requires 165-170 °C temperature for 10 minutes. For Fast cure Products curing time is 5 minutes for 200 °C.

HOT WATER/HOT OIL RESISTANT POWDER COATING

VIJAY COAT has developed SCOR range powders which provide superior resistance specially from severe environmental conditions with particular reference to the areas where hot water resistance and hot oil resistance is required. SCOR range epoxy powder is specially developed and have particular gel time and Melting Point.

We have special grade powder coating which also sustain -40°C temperature, which uses in industrial refrigeration systems.

High Corrosion Resistance Powder Coating Systems (C4, C5 I & C5 M Class)

VIJAY COAT has developed speciality 2-coat as well as 3-coat systems for the C5 I, C5 & C4 M class of corrosion environment. These systems are recommended for higher corrosivity environment like In-shore area of medium salinity, industrial areas.

Thin Film Powder Coating

Generally Powder Coating requires minimum 55-60µ of thickness. So compare to conventional liquid coating overall consumption is also high. As powder coating material is costly compare to conventional coating it increases the overall cost. Thus VIJAY COAT has developed Thin Film Coating which gives excellent finish even at 35-45 µ. This coating is designed at particular particle size distribution to give excellent finish even at low DFT (Dry Film Thickness).
